Do I need to send in Documents?

Because we here at UK Legal Number Plates Ltd are a DVLA Registered Number Plate Supplier, it is a legal requirement to request documentation that proves your identity and authorisation to use the registration number.

We cannot in any circumstance dispatch any number plates until these documents have been received.

You can send us your documentation after purchase by emailing them to:

Documents to confirm your identity (ONLY ONE)

  • Driving License
  • Utility or Council Tax Bill

Documents to confirm ownership of the registration (ONLY ONE)

  • Vehicle Registration Certificate (V5C)
  • New Keeper Supplement (V5C/2 or V750)
  • Retention Document (V778)
  • Renewal reminder for Tax or SORN (V11)
Can I cancel my order?

Once your have placed your number plate order you have 30 minutes to cancel your order. If you try to cancel your order after this time, it will not be refunded.

This is because out number plates are produced quickly and will contain your registration which is bespoke to you and cannot be offered for resale.

Please only place your orders if you are sure you wish to receive them.
